Classified website, Can concrete5 provide on this level?

hey gang
hope yer all well
I wish to create a website that has these main features for users:

registration
login
search through advert listings
post an advert listing

Can concrete5 meet these needs?

it's not difficult to create a "member zone" at all..

there's a login block and the permission system allows you to create protected pages very easily...
