Login problem - OpenID

I have been editing my site for about a month, with no login problem. Tonight I added users and checked 'OpenID'. Now admin login doesn't work. Admin password not recognized.

Not sure how to get back in to edit my website. Can you help?

Did you also enable: use email address as username? If so,use the admin's email address instead of "admin" as the username.

If not, try the forgot password feature and use the email address you used for your admin user.

what if you cant remember the email address you used? Was this required?
