About the release of free Internationalization Add-on

I would like to know when will be the free Internationalization Add-on will be available in the market. I hope that it will be coming soon since the new version of concrete5 launched.

I am planning to integrate a new multilingual site using concrete5 and hence this information will be very helpful for me.
