Assistance finalizing my website version 1.0

Hi
I need some assistance for finalizing my first version of the website. I need

a customer registration block
a price table incl a action to buy buttom
and som minor changes in the header and footer section

Perhaps a little more detail here might get more of a response. Why do you think you need a registration block? What's wrong with the built in registration handling? Maybe you just need to turn it on (dashboard - system & settings - login & registration)
