Can't access Dashboard after upgrading to 5.6.3.4

Hello,
Can you help?
Recently upgraded from 5.6.2.1 to 5.6.3.4 and we get 'unexpected error message' when we try to access the dashboard. The site works, but we can't access the backend!

This is a live site and we need access to it in order to add/edit the content.

Try updating in the sequence of updates. Some times a big jump in releases can cause issues.
