eCommerece Customer Login Information/Group

Hi I am wondering how I can have my online store where once a customer has bought a product they can login into a members area. With their own given user name...

Is this possible?

we dont currently have a way to /force/ someone to register with ecommerce, but that's a good idea to add.

we do have a feature where if someone buys a product it will put them into any group(s) you want. that should let you get what you're asking for to a degree, no?

well you might not be seeing it till you logout and back in.


or there might be something funky with the gateway..
