lost edit block

I created sitewww.www.franklincommunityplayes.org... using 5.3.2 when I upgraded to 5.3.3.1 the edit block dissappeared and not the footer is up next to the upper marque window. Nothing works at inserting CONTENT.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?????
