My Dashboard time settings

When I do an admin login to our website C5 dashboard, under Site Activity it always shows the login was done an hour behind our actual local time. For example, when I just logged in it states "You are logged in as admin. You logged in on 07/04/2009 at 7:34 PM." My actual local time CDT was 8:34 PM. How do I correct this? I cannot find any tabs in any of the menu areas in the left-side panel that allow adjusting our site time to actual local date/time.

The timestamps provided there are from the Server. If you are comfortable with editing code you could adjust it in concrete/controllers/dashboard/modules/activity.php but that would only be for Site Activity section, other instances would still use server time.
