New users can't login

Hi! I've created new users on one of my C5-websites, but they can't login! I've deleted the Administration-group (by accident) earlier, so I recreated it and put my users in it.

Now they can login and edit everything, but there's no Dashboard button and they can't access it. Does it have to do with the fact my server can't send activation e-mails?

it sounds like you're slowly working things out but maybe your permissions are oddly set at this point?

Check out advanced permissions in the help/developer section here. Also if you login to the dashboad > sitemap and turn the check box on the lower right on you can change permissions on most dashboard pages.
