Unable to login as admin after enabling "Maintenance Editor"

Hi,
I enabled "Maintenance Editor", so now all visitors see the web page with message "Coming Back Soon, This site is currently down for maintenance". The problem is now I (!) cannot log into the site editor. When I navigate to my webpage I don't see ANYWHERE ability to log in as admin.
Which page do I have to go to to log in as admin again?

Go to mysite.com/login, if that doesn't work go to mysite.com/index.php/login

I tried unsuccessfully logging in few times, then reset the password and then reentered user credentials. I received the following message:
"Unable to complete action: your IP address has been banned. Please contact the administrator of this site for more information."
I tried logging in from different PC (different IP), and I still get the same web page.
How do I get around this display message? What is preventing me from logging in?
